Project Coordinator
Full-Time | On-site | Glendale, CA | $48,000 to $60,000 per year

We’re looking for an organized, proactive Project Coordinator to keep our branding and website projects moving forward, from kickoff to launch and beyond. This is a great fit for someone who wants real ownership and direct client exposure.

Position Overview

You will own several client projects at once, are branding engagements for law firms, moving through discovery, naming, logo design, website development, launch, and marketing collateral. You will sit at the center of our sales, design, development, and copywriting teams, and will interact with law firm contacts and vendors as well. Your job is to make sure everyone knows what is due, when, and from whom, and keep things moving when they stall.

What You’ll Do

  • Own projects from kickoff through delivery, tracking milestones, responsibilities, timelines, and next steps
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, task lists, briefs, and organized documentation
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects without losing track of details or priorities
  • Coordinate designers, developers, copywriters, vendors, and clients so work stays aligned and on schedule
  • Follow up persistently, flag blockers early, and escalate when something needs a decision
  • Use internal tools to track deadlines, dependencies, approvals, open decisions, and budgets where applicable
  • Send clear status updates so clients and leadership know where things stand and what is needed from them
  • Support the creative work by proofreading deliverables, tightening messaging, and drafting simple copy when needed
  • Improve templates, workflows, and processes as recurring needs become clear

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven ability to coordinate or manage projects, whether from a full-time role, internship, freelance work, or elsewhere (real project management skills matter more to us than years)
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and follow-through, so nothing falls through the cracks
  • The confidence to hold people accountable, including people you don't manage, and the judgment to know when to escalate
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication, including with senior clients
  • A proactive working style: you anticipate what is needed and follow up without being prompted
  • Comfort giving leadership clear visibility into status, risks, decisions, and next steps
  • A good understanding of how project management tools work
  • Ability to work on-site in Glendale, Monday through Friday

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing website, branding, marketing, or creative projects
  • Experience working with designers, developers, agencies, or external vendors
  • Experience with law firms, legal services, or other professional-services businesses
  • Copywriting, editing, or content experience
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, or conversion-focused web projects

What Success Looks Like
Within your first six months:

  • Projects run on schedule and on budget, and leadership doesn't have to chase you for status
  • Clients, vendors, and teammates always know the next step and the deadline
  • Problems get raised early, along with a proposed fix
  • Deliverables go out polished, accurate, and on-brand
  • Our processes are better than when you started

Compensation & Schedule

  • Full-time, on-site at our Glendale, CA office
  • Monday through Friday, Pacific Time business hours
  • $48,000 to $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications (hourly, non-exempt)
  • Opportunity for growth and increasing ownership as ProLegal expands
