The Intake Specialist plays a crucial role in our pre-settlement funding process by serving as the first point of contact for potential clients. This position involves gathering essential information, assessing eligibility, and facilitating a smooth intake process to ensure our clients receive timely and effective support.
Requirement: Fluent in English. Spanish preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Initial Contact and Screening:
- Respond promptly to inquiries from potential clients via phone, email, and online submissions.
Conduct preliminary screenings to determine eligibility for pre-settlement funding based on company criteria.
Provide clear and concise information about the pre-settlement funding process, including terms and requirements.
Information Gathering:
- Collect and document detailed information from clients, including case details, personal information, and financial needs.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all intake documentation and data entry.
Client Communication:
- Maintain regular communication with clients to updat
e them on the status of their application.
Address client questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the legal team to obtain necessary case documentation and verify case details.
Collaborate with other departments, including underwriting and customer service, to ensure a seamless process for clients.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all client interactions and documentation.
Prepare and submit regular reports on intake activities and client status.
Compliance:
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
