Position Overview
We are looking for a versatile Graphic & Web Designer who can translate ideas, strategy, and brand direction into polished visual work across digital and print. You will support both ProLegal and client-facing initiatives, with a strong focus on brand consistency, website design, marketing creative, and high-quality execution.
This is a hands-on role for a designer with strong visual judgment who is comfortable taking work from concept through final delivery while collaborating with a U.S.-based team.
What You’ll Do
- Graphic Design
- Design high-quality creative for social media, email, presentations, sales materials, events, print collateral, and other marketing initiatives.
- Translate briefs and business objectives into clear, compelling visual concepts.
- Apply and evolve brand systems across typography, imagery, layout, and supporting visual elements.
- Prepare production-ready assets for both digital and print use.
- Collaborate with leadership, marketing, project management, and other team members to refine creative work based on feedback.
Web Design
- Design modern, conversion-conscious website pages and landing pages that balance brand, usability, and business goals.
- Create wireframes, page layouts, design systems, graphics, and other visual assets for web experiences.
- Design responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Work with internal teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and consistently.
- Support website updates, new page development, and ongoing improvements to usability and visual quality.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, web design, or a closely related field.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating both brand/graphic design and website or landing-page work.
- Strong command of Figma and proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud or comparable design tools.
- Excellent understanding of typography, hierarchy, layout, color, branding, and visual communication.
- Experience designing responsive websites with a strong eye for user experience and conversion.
- Ability to interpret a creative brief, develop thoughtful concepts, and execute with limited hand-holding.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and comfort collaborating remotely with a U.S.-based team.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Webflow, or similar website platforms.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and how design decisions translate into development.
- Experience with UI/UX, design systems, or conversion-focused landing pages.
- Motion graphics or video editing skills.
- Experience designing for law firms, professional services, or premium service brands.

Compensation & Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote position.
- Open to international/overseas candidates.
- Reliable internet and regular availability overlapping with U.S. business hours are required.
- Compensation: $1,500 – $2,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
