ProLegal Growth, where you’ll be focused, helps law firms build brands that reflect the quality of their work and position them for long-term growth. We partner with firm owners and managing partners on significant branding and growth engagements spanning brand strategy, positioning, website development, and marketing.
Position Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, resourceful Creative Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from brief through completion and keep people, priorities, and deliverables moving. Project management is the core of this role. Strong copywriting and editing skills are an important added capability, allowing you to sharpen messaging, draft or refine content when needed, and help ensure the work that goes out is clear, polished, and on-brand. You will work across marketing, web, brand, operations, and other company initiatives, coordinating internal team members, leadership, vendors, and partners.
What You’ll Do
- Project Management
- Own projects from kickoff through delivery, defining scope, milestones, responsibilities, timelines, and next steps.
- Build and maintain project plans, schedules, task lists, briefs, and organized documentation.
- Coordinate across leadership, internal teams, vendors, and partners to keep work aligned and moving.
- Track deadlines, dependencies, approvals, budgets where applicable, and outstanding decisions.
- Run follow-ups, surface blockers early, and proactively drive issues toward resolution.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects without losing sight of details or broader business priorities.
- Provide concise, useful status updates and make sure stakeholders know what is needed from them and by when.
- Improve workflows, templates, and processes as recurring needs become clear.
Copywriting & Content Support
- Draft, edit, and refine copy for websites, landing pages, emails, presentations, marketing materials, social content, and internal communications.
- Turn rough ideas, notes, and stakeholder input into clear, professional, audience-appropriate copy.
- Develop headlines, messaging, calls to action, and supporting copy that align with the intended brand voice and objective.
- Proofread deliverables for clarity, grammar, consistency, accuracy, and tone before they are finalized.
- Work effectively with designers, marketers, and leadership so copy and creative develop together rather than in isolation.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of professional experience in project management, marketing project management, operations, account/project coordination, or a related role.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects with multiple stakeholders, moving parts, and deadlines.
Excellent organization, prioritization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Strong written communication, copywriting, and editing skills. You should be able to produce and improve polished professional copy.
- Sound judgment and the ability to turn incomplete or ambiguous direction into a clear plan of action.
- A proactive working style: you anticipate what is needed, follow up without being prompted, and keep projects moving.
- Comfortable working directly with leadership and giving clear visibility into status, risks, decisions, and next steps.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving remote environment while collaborating effectively with a U.S.-based team.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing website, branding, marketing, or creative projects.
- Experience working with designers, developers, agencies, or external vendors.
- Experience with law firms, legal services, or other professional-services businesses.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, content workflows, SEO, or conversion-focused web projects.
What Success Looks Like
- Projects stay organized, on schedule, and on budget.
- Teams have clear priorities and deadlines.
- Content is polished, engaging, and on-brand.
- Ideas are turned into successful projects and initiatives.
- You proactively solve problems and keep things moving.
Compensation & Schedule

- Regular availability during or overlapping with U.S. business hours is required.
- Compensation: Local Salary: $48,000 – $60,000 per year -Remote Salary: $1,500 – $2,000 per month based on experience and qualifications.
