We are seeking a Client Transportation & Attorney Relations Specialist who is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and comfortable working in both operations and client-facing relationship management. This role combines transportation coordination with attorney outreach and relationship building, making it ideal for someone who thrives in structured operations while also engaging professionally with external partners.

ProLegal is a full-service legal tech company serving law firms and the personal injury industry. Our product lines include ProLegal Growth (a premium branding and marketing agency built specifically for law firms), ProLegal Funding and ProLegal Rides (non-recourse advances for injured plaintiffs), and the ProLegal Suite of firm-support and software products.

This role supports and sells across that broader portfolio. With a primary focus on  ProLegal Rides at this time. 

Position Overview

As a Client Transportation & Attorney Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating transportation operations while also building and maintaining strong relationships with law firms. You will serve as a key point of contact for attorneys, ensuring they are informed, supported, and engaged with our services.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage both operational workflows and external outreach simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transportation Operations
  • Coordinate and schedule transportation requests for clients from start to finish.
  • Communicate with clients, drivers, law firms, and internal teams regarding ride details and updates.
  • Monitor ride schedules and proactively resolve issues or conflicts.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all transportation activity is properly documented.
  • Provide a high level of customer service throughout the transportation process.
  • Support ongoing improvements to operational workflows and efficiency.

Attorney Relations & Outreach

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with attorneys, case managers, and law firm staff.
  • Conduct outreach to law firms to introduce and educate them about ProLegal services and product offerings.
  • Follow up with prospective and existing law firm partners.
  • Clearly communicate value propositions across ProLegal Growth, ProLegal Funding, ProLegal Rides, and the broader ProLegal Suite.
  • Respond to questions and provide guidance on services and workflows.
  • Track outreach activity and maintain organized records in internal systems.
  • Support broader business development efforts across the organization.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable speaking with attorneys and law firm professionals via phone and email.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and workflows simultaneously.
  • Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and web-based tools.

Preferred

  • Experience in customer service, logistics, transportation coordination, account management, business development, or legal support.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients or companies.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or outreach tools.

Compensation & Schedule

Full-time remote position.
